What came through is a very specific expression of your twin flame. One where it all started, so to speak. It's an Arcturian expression that is genderless, connected to your genderless expression in that realm, which you might call Home because you have a strong sense of belonging. From what I got, the more accurate term would be twin soul. You both have many other expressions in different densities and realms, but this is where it's the purest and the strongest, and from here it's trickling down through densities all the way to our human expression. In your case you're the one visiting that realm, not the other way around (them expressing yourself in our realm). You have felt this in your dream time, when you are unencumbered by human experience and can instantly shift your focus to your light body. You visit that realm and commune with your twin soul, convey to them what it's like to be human and how this earthly experience is so distant from energies that inundate that higher dimensional place, and might even feel a kind of desperation after "coming back" to human experience.

Yes, you also have expressions where there is a different bond, a learning bond- a romantic one, or that of siblings, or parent and child, or even enemies.. but all of them are under the umbrella of this pure soul connection that is the blueprint of all other expressions that you two are connected in. This being told me they wanted to show you the core from which everything flows, and this is why they showed up in this form. They also wanted to show you yourself, as they are a mirror of you.
