You were right, the woman you were mentioning is part of your cosmic family, but also part of your human family through incarnations. She gave me the name Sonya, from a human lifetime of hers. I have also seen her as a human woman in her 30s, blonde wavy semi long hair, appearing in a style like they used to have in the 50s, flowery dress, light blonde locks etc. but not glamorous like Hollywood divas at the time, much more natural. I couldn't pinpoint the location and I am just guessing the time period due to her style and looks. I did not reach for any more info on this lifetime as I don't prefer connecting to those who had passed over. All I can say is that I do not feel this past lifetime was one of your incarnations, but that of a dear friend.

This is her galactic higher density expression, and she is indeed carrying the same signature like Ailum-Tan, but in relation to her, Sonya feels more like a child or daughter, in a sense that she is still learning and does not have such a vast experience through many lifetimes. She has chosen a role of a guide for you this time around, and like you said to stay in the background and support and love and assist when it is called for. This is also resonant with her healing path between incarnations as being of service heals us more than we know. She is in particular working on healing and opening her crown chakra and above, to be able to receive more of divine light and to learn how to let go and let the universal love guide her every action, feeling and thought. I don't know what kind of crystals she left for you, but I am getting that they are connected to this divine love and our ultimate surrender to it.
