This is a strong Pleiadian connection. I am receiving fatherly energies from him, and would say that he is your celestial father. He came through at this time to let you know he is supporting you, watching over you, and that you can connect to receive his unconditional love in any moment. I almost received a Zeus-like or Neptune-like energy, but it was not fierce nor vengeful like the gods and egregores from our ancient past.

The location he resides in is definitely a world with a lot of water and the buildings are glistening in the starlight like pearls. I did not get a name from him, but I did receive that he has an important role in his society. You came here into this physical experience on Earth through an agreement and with a strong mission that you may not even know during your lifetime, but will be fulfilling it just by being who you are. His loving and sometimes concerned gaze is always upon you. Concerned not out of fear that you will fail, or get hurt. It's simply something a father feels. He knows your strength, and you do too, but if you forget, let him remind you. He says that all is said that needs to be said.
